Job Decription:

  • Property features over 400 rooms and suites, spa, more than 3 F&B outlets and facilities for meetings and functions
  • Salary: Up to US$108,000 net depending on experience + Accommodation, medical insurance and annual flight home
  • Suitable for Single candidates ONLY
  • Excellent communications skills, fluency in Arabic and English essential
  • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
  • Solid all round background required with good commercial skills
  • Someone who leads from the front and able to motivate and mentor a multicultural teams
  • Comfortable dealing with owners and Corporate officials
  • At least five years prior experience as a General Manager in properties over 300 rooms
  • Must have prior exposure with international brands in the four or five star segment
  • Due to location, only Muslim candidates can be considered

Our client is managing a new luxurious 5 star hotel in Saudi Arabia. The property features high-end facilities known for uncompromising quality in all services including Food and Beverage standards combined with world class accommodation, wellness, business, events, and leisure facilities.

Key Requirements:
  • Candidate MUST have solid all round background required with good commercial skills
  • Candidates should show a consistent longevity of service in each of their past senior management assignments
  • Proven background in rooms division management, revenue management, cost control, sales and marketing and food and beverage operations is what the ideal candidate must possess
  • Have an exceptional eye for details and remain customer focused at all times ensuring a very positive and rejuvenating guest experience
Candidate's Core Knowledge:
  • Must be very hands-on
  • Able to manage the overall operation and work very diligently within the time frame and cost budget to operate the resort
  • Must have exceptional Sales and Marketing experience, customer satisfaction attitude and quality to drive promotions and bottom line revenue
  • Proven track record with regards to cost control
  • Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
  • Very energetic highly visible and very PR orientated
  • Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
  • Strong financial skills
  • Able to manage large multi-cultural teams
  • Decisive VIP ambassador
  • Natural leader and strategist
