Our client is managing a very well-known 5 star hotel in India which is part of an international hotel chain and is searching for an ambitious Executive Chef with the gift for culinary creations.
The candidate must be hihgly skilled in banquet F&B service, indoor and outdoor catering & managing F&B requirements for mega events and restaurant operations. Moreover, the right candidate MUST have a very good understanding of Bengali, Rajasthani, Pan Asian (Chinese and Japanese) and various other Indian regional cuisines.
Candidate must be able to impress even the most sophisticated connoisseur across buffet, a la carte and function services.

- Candidate MUST have exceptional knowledge of Bengali, Rajasthani, Pan Asian (Chinese and Japanese) and various other Indian regional cuisines
- Candidate must have worked for a five star deluxe brand
- Entrepreneurial minded Executive Chef building revenue streams & exceptional products
- Candidate MUST have strong passion and creativity to bring new initiatives to the menu with a clear focus on fresh produce
- Candidate MUST have concept development background
- Candidate MUST have strong International experience in various food styles and ability to coach the local workforce
- Candidate must be fluent in English
- Excellent leader and trainer
- Excellent eye for detail
- Must be a great communicator - able to converse with guests
- Good computer skills
- Sound financial knowledge and can control costs
