Our client is managing a newly opened 5 star hotel in Vietnam which is part of a luxury international hotel company. We are now searching for a highly experienced Master Sommelier to direct and lead the overall activities and operations concerning the beverage requirements of the guests and the wine/cellar facility.
The ideal candidate shall focus on wine selections and guest services, wine lists and ‘hands on’ training for bar and restaurant staff. Your impeccable knowledge of wine and champagne products, combined with your excellent operational experience within resort or hotel restaurants will allow you to be an integral part of the F&B operations.
The ideal candidate must be presently working as a Master Sommelier. Candidates coming from locations in South-East Asia are highly preferred. However, we shall also consider candidates from other locations or nationalities as long as they have the required background and experience.
