The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly energetic individual who will manage pastry production for all outlets including functions. As Pastry and Bakery Chef, you will have outstanding knowledge of bakery, chocolate, confectionery and desserts within fine-dining and a la carte environments. You will be a leader with a passion and flair for running a high end kitchen and pushing your team to produce the best possible results.

 

Key Profile:

  • 5 Star International Hotel background (Europe, Middle-East, Asia)
  • Minimum 7 – 8 years Pastry experience
  • Must have a proven background in managing large events of more than 2000 pax
  • Organisational skills in directing pastry operations for multiple outlets
  • Strong English language skills (written, spoken)
  • Hands-on, strong leadership skills and background in high-end units
  • Excellent working knowledge of Pastry/Bakery/Chocolate
  • Exceptional creativity and design skills
  • Prepare various dessert menus
  • Provide guests and clients with a wide variety of options during functions and events
