US$200K + Relocation + Housing + Incentive program

Based in South Pacific

This prestigious boutique island resort is located in the South Pacific and is considered of the region’s leading properties. Its guest register represent the “Who’s Who” and our client is seeking for an experienced General Manager to manage this award winning resort which is part of a global resort group. 

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, this position will coordinate and manage all resort operations including rooms division, sporting activities as well as food and beverage with the objective to exceed guest expectations. A comprehensive understanding of all rooms division processes and/or food and beverage will be necessary. Furthermore, a demonstrated ability of managing large cross-cultural teams will be highly regarded. 

Rounding off the successful candidate you will be self-motivated, team focused with a pronounced need to exceed guest expectations. You will also possess strong interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiating skills. A relevant hotel diploma or degree will be essential for this position as well as 8-10 years luxury hotel/resort management experience.
