Our client is managing one of the leading luxury 5 star resorts in South-East Asia. The resort features high-end villas, exquisite F&B outlets, and wellness facilities. To manage the exquisite food and beverage services, our client now requires the services of a young, dynamic Director of Food and Beverage who will focus on all activities of the department and manage the operations with strong focus on hiring and training employees, creating SOPs, financial goals and budgets, and sales and marketing strategies to develop the business. The candidate will train the staff to offer the guests exceptional customer service.

The candidate MUST have a proven track record in development of promotion strategies, training and leading the F&B team as well as improving the revenue streams. The candidate MUST have exceptional work experiences within small ultra-luxury 5 star resorts across South-East Asia working as Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage or Director of Food and Beverage.

Fluency in English along with fluency in Thai or any other South-East Asian language is highly regarded.

Key Attributes:

• Must have at least 8-10 years’ experience in F&B operations and presently working as Director of Food and Beverage with an ultra-luxurious 5 star resort in South-East Asia
