Job Decription:

Our client is an award-winning boutique-style property in Country Victoria close to Wangaratta. We are presently looking for a talented individual with a sparkling and energetic personality demonstrating a "can-do" attitude to take over the role of a Resort Manager. The property is known for generating strong business in accommodation, F&B, conferences, events, and functions.

The individual must have excellent knowledge of managing the overall operations, should be customer focused and a dedicated team developer.

This opportunity is most suitable for first General Managers and therefore we invite applications from Executive Assistant Managers, Deputy General Managers, Director of Rooms (with strong F&B understanding). General Managers/Hotel Managers from smaller boutique properties are also invited to apply.

Key Attributes:

• Must have a minimum 3-5 years' experience as Executive Assistant Managers, Deputy General Managers, Director of Rooms - General Managers/Hotel Managers from smaller boutique properties are also invited to apply.
• Must have solid Rooms Division experience with excellent understanding of managing Food and Beverage Operations
• Must remain exceedingly hands-on and detail oriented in regards to daily operations ensuring efficient and wise allocation of resources
• Must be a natural leader with great motivational skills
• Should be an excellent cost controller, able to confidently manage budgets, payroll, etc.
• Can train and groom the local staff to offer 5 star services to guests
• Should be a logical and practical tactician developing brilliant promotions and strategies
• Benchmark standards and implement policies and procedures

Salary: $85,000 + Super
