CEOJohn Ortner divides his professional life between executive search, management consulting and organisational research. He is CEO of Manhattan Group, the leading hospitality executive search firm in Asia Pacific. Alongside John’s extensive management experience in international luxury hotels, he has also managed and implemented significant consulting projects in Australia. Through his applied research in strategy and change management, John is able to strengthen value propositions for a range of discerning hospitality clientele. He is member of several peak management and hospitality associations. John founded Manhattan Group in September 2001. They provide an array of recruitment solutions such as executive search and workforce planning. Since 2007, managed hotel services are offered through First Contact for the corporate sector and leading institutions.
