  • Candidate will be responsible for revenue management, web services and distribution output for 4 star and 5 star hotels managing over 200 plus rooms in inventory

Our client is one of Thailand's leading real estate and hotel development companies. To manage their commercial division's operations fir various 4 and 5 star hotels, they are now searching for a very well-experienced Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Profile:

  • Candidate MUST have worked for leading international hotel chains and bespoke luxury collection properties
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage revenue strategies
  • Exceptional project management experiences within pre-opening, re-opening, and refurbishments
  • Remarkable financial acumen to develop budgets and implementing innovative realistic strategies to achieves targets
  • Powerful knowledge of implementing softwares such as OPERA and IDeaS
  • Lead the Centralised Commercial Division with 360 Degree of Vision
  • Responsible for revenue management, web services and distribution output
  • Strong familiarity with web, e-commerce and e-marketing solutions, reservations systems, customer information and pricing system including third party integrations of local and regional price shopping
  • Ability to manage a mix of upmarket 4 and 5 star hotels in Thailand
  • Supporting system integration to lead commercial strategies, plans and road maps
  • Create entrepreneurial culture for the entire team to optimise market penetrations
  • Mapping of all e-platforms for online sales
  • Market positioning, branding performances, short and long-term projections
  • On the edge of market trends and latest strategic intelligence
  • Monitor B2B and B2C revenues including negotiations and relationship management
  • Prepare critical commercial business analysis, policies and procedures to achieve performance benchmarks
