Our client is a luxury collection hotel company. For one of their luxury boutique style hotel's in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, they are now searching for a highly experienced General Manager.

Key Profile:

  • Candidate must have worked for a minimum of 5 years as a General Manager with a luxury hotel chain preferably with experience gained as a General Manager in Russia or CIS countries
  • Very good owner relationship must be practiced and experienced with dealing with owners direct is desirable
  • Desirable experiences with managing premium business centres and strong knowledge of Fire, Life and Safety
  • Right portion of humour and enjoy being the host / face of the hotel and company, should be a social character
  • Assist owners with any additional task for upcoming new properties
  • Proven background in rooms division management, revenue management, cost control, sales and marketing and food and beverage operations is what the ideal candidate must possess
  • Have an exceptional eye for details and remain customer focused at all times ensuring a very positive and rejuvenating guest experience
  • Able to manage the overall operation and work very diligently within the time frame and cost budget to operate the resort
  • Must have exceptional Sales and Marketing experience, customer satisfaction attitude and quality to drive promotions and bottom line revenue
  • Proven track record with regards to cost control
  • Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
  • Very energetic highly visible and very PR orientated
  • Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
  • Strong financial skills
  • Able to manage large multi-cultural teams
  • Decisive VIP ambassador - must be able to communicate on all levels, including Ministers, Royalties, Ambassadors and other VIP’s
