- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and French is a must
- Salary: Euros 60,000 + Expat Benefits

- Candidate MUST have experience with high volume F&B production large banquet facilities
- This is a hands-on role
Our client is managing a luxury which is part of a well-known hotel group. It offers
high-end state-of-the-art accommodation and an exclusive range of more
than 5 F&B outlets. To manage the overall kitchen activities at this
busy hotel, we now require the services of a well-experienced Executive Chef.
Key Profile:
- Candidate must have worked for a well-known brand as an Executive Chef for the last 4-6 years with large, high volume F&B production
- Candidate MUST have excellent knowledge of various international cuisines
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience gained in developing countries will be a big advantage
- Candidate MUST have strong passion and creativity to bring new initiatives to the menu
- Candidate MUST have the ability to coach the local workforce
- Candidate MUST have the ability to hire and train new staff as well as look after the various HR activities of the department
- Develop brand standards and policies and procedures
- Develop training manuals
- Develop and engineer truly amazing menus and specials
- Develop innovative strategies for building the F&B revenues
- Chart budgets and have a realistic cost control plan implemented
- Excellent leader and trainer
- Excellent eye for detail
- Must be a great communicator
- Good computer skills
