Our client is opening a new, state-of-the-art, large catering facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Due to open in Q3 of 2020, the facility will be used to serve very, very high profile clientele and will feature 2 large Ballrooms for up to 1500 pax, high-end modern accommodation, on-site parking for 600, and an enormous outdoor catering operation too. In order to fully manage the operations and profitability of this facility, our client is now searching for a Catering Facilities General Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Leading and overseeing a staff of 400
• Must be polished, a true professional in the catering segments
• Outstanding personality, charismatic, a name in the industry
• Highly experienced in stand alone large volume catering operations
• Role would not suit Hotel operators unless properties had very high volume luxury catering operations
