• Venue: Popular high-end steak house in a 5 star luxury hotel
• Location: Doha, Qatar
• Salary: US$32,400 + Accommodation + Flight
• Travel Status: Single or Married (with up to 1 child)

Our client is managing a very high-end upmarket and a popular steak house in Doha, Qatar. The venue is located in a luxury 5 star hotel which is part of an international and well-known hotel chain. The restaurant is visited by discerning clientele and offers premium steak dishes. To manage the food and beverage preparations of this exquisite venue, we are now searching for a Chef de Cuisine.

Candidate Profile:

• Great 'meat' outlet, charcoal, rotisserie, Josper Oven, Slow cooking
• Must have good knowledge of steak house cuisine and meat cuts/origin - all about flavour
• Must have solid background in very reputable establishments
• Preferred nationality due to concept of restaurant being USA, English, New Zealand , Australia or South African
• Great guest contact skills required, lots of charisma
• Oversees a team of 6
• Restaurant open dinner every day and lunch five days per week
• 60 covers plus live kitchen
• Prior experience in good steak house operations, stand alone or Hotel based
