Job Decription:

• Salary: Up to American Dollars 120,000 Net + Benefits
• Busy upmarket resort in the pacific Islands
• Candidate MUST have prior Asian / South-East Asian / New Zealand / Australian experience from 5 star resorts
• Candidate MUST have excellent knowledge of F&B operations and sales & marketing
• Candidate MUST have a very stable work history
• Candidates with a background in renovations and re-branding will be highly preferred

Our client is managing a busy and well-known resort in Pacific Islands. The property features high-end facilities known for uncompromising quality in all services including Food and Beverage standards combined with world class accommodation, wellness, corporate and leisure facilities.

Key Requirements:

• It is essential that the chosen candidate will currently be working as a General / Resort Manager in a 5 resort in Asia / South-East Asia / New Zealand Australia managing a property
• Candidates should show a consistent longevity of service in each of their past senior management assignments holding a General Manager position for at least the last 5 years
• A proven background in rooms division management, revenue management, cost control, sales and marketing and food and beverage operations is what the ideal candidate must possess

Candidate's Core Knowledge:

• Must have a great eye for details
• Able to manage the overall operation and work very diligently within the time frame and cost budget
• Must have exceptional Sales and Marketing experience, customer satisfaction and quality to drive promotions and bottom line revenue
• Proven track record with regards to cost control
• Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
• Very energetic highly visible and very PR orientated
• Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
