Our client is operating a very well-known luxury resort in Maldives and is presently searching for an Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage who can oversee the entire operations of Food and Beverage department.
The main responsibilities of the Executive Assistant Manager will be to
fine tune all the activities of the F&B department and focus on
cost control, sales and marketing, training and motivating the staff and
ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Profile:
- Must
have minimum 5 years experience as Executive Assistant Manager or Food and Beverage Director for luxury resorts
- Proven management experience with experience in renovations, pre-opening, and refurbishments
- Strong organisational and operational skills and must be a natural leader
- Showcase excellent project management skills
- Offer strong focus on training
- Develop various short-term and long-term plans
- Must be strong in administration, time management and analytical processes
- Implement new changes in policies and procedures to improve the overall service standards and quality
- Provide innovative strategies on sales and marketing
- Implement safety and hygiene procedures
- Solid understanding of managing international workforce with a "down to earth" attitude
- Excellent understanding of budgets, forecasts and various other financials
- Ambitious, outgoing and flexible personality
- Maintaining brand awareness and modern approach to challenges
